Health Fair and Chili Cook Off

Member Opportunities
Health Fair: Vendor table (3’ long) $25.00 (maximum number of 24 vendors - must register online for vendor table
- We also ask that each vendor provide a Raffle Prize minimum value of $25.00.
- Health fair is from 9:30 am to 11:15 am. All tables must be fully set up by 9:00am, you may come as early as 8 am.
- Bring tablecloth, brochures, giveaways, etc. *ASA will provide health fair bags for guests and raffle supplies.
- You may sign up as a salad or cookie donation and/or chili cook-off participant.
Salad & Cookie Donations: no additional cost; to register for this area, please contact Vernell Ivy at ivernell@prosperlifecare.com.
Salad donation (2 spots available) or Cookie donation (4 spots available)
- Your company name will be on the table as a Sponsor.
- Please provide items the day of the cook-off. Setup will begin at 10am for the cook-off.
- Anyone who donates salad or cookies for the day will be asked to a volunteer at the table for the duration of the event.
- You may sign up as a vendor and/or chili cook-off participant.
Chili Cook Off: Chili table - No Cost (maximum number of chef’s 10)

- Chili Cookoff is from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Set up starts at 10am.
- We are expecting 150 people so please bring 2 gallons of chili and toppings.
- Bring table covering, décor and literature.
- Sternos are recommended for the chili as access to electricity is limited.
- *Spoons and sample cups with your table number will be provided for voting.
- Prizes for best chili – “Judges Choice” and “People’s Choice”
- You may sign up as a vendor and/or salad and cookie donation.

Want to participate in other ways the day of the event? Please consider volunteering as a greeter, photographer, help coordinate raffles, setup, cleanup, and more!
