Member Opportunities

Health Fair: Vendor table $25.00 (maximum number of 30 vendors - must register online for vendor table

• We also ask that each vendor provide a Raffle Prize minimum value of $25.00.
• Health fair is from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. All tables must be fully set up by 9:45 am, you may come as early as 9:00 am.
• Bring tablecloth, brochures, giveaways, etc. *ASA will provide health fair bags for guests and raffle supplies.
