The ASA Membership year is from January 1 to December 31.  A corporation or individual has the ability to join ASA at any time of the year.

Corporate membership entitles a corporation to a total of five contacts to be listed under the organization in the annual ASA Directory published by the association, and listed on the ASA Website.  It is the obligation of the corporation to make any contact changes that occur during the membership year to the online directory. NOTE: If an individual is considered an ASA member under a corporation, but terminates employment with that corporation within the ASA membership year, it is the responsibility of the individual to make the employment change to the online directory.  It is also the responsibility of the individual to ensure that ASA membership is continued with the new employer. In the event the new employer is not an ASA member, it is the responsibility of the individual to join ASA for the remainder of the year. If the individual chooses to not join ASA for the remainder of the year, the individual will not be recognized as an ASA member for the remainder of the membership year. It is the member's responsibility to make all changes online. Information for the printed directory is taken directly from the online directory.

If you are joining as a corporate member, the main member will fill out the description and the additional contact information. Each of the contacts must also complete an application but leave the description and additional contact fields BLANK.

Individual Membership includes one name/address. If multiple names/addresses are desired, an additional membership is required for each person or address. NOTE: If you change organizations, it is your responsibility to change your information so your online directory listing will be correct.

To update or change your listing:   Log into your account, click on your name in the top right of the screen. Under MY PROFILE on the left click on the EDIT button. Make sure you SAVE your changes.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not use all caps or all lower case letters and make sure spelling is correct - this is how your listing will appear in the printed directory.

Once your Registration is complete, have the other members of your team create their own login and username so they are in the online directory and they are on our contact list.
